Service Director

A top management position leading 100 staff in Prague.

r our multinational client we are searching for a Service Director. Our client is one of the world's largest elevator and escalator producers. The company has a more than 100 years history and is operating globally.

We are searching for a Service Director who will be responsible for managing the service team in the region of Prague. The service organization counts more than 100 staff and maintain existing installations as well as update and modify old installations.

The Service Director is directly managing 8 service teams which each counts between 8 and 10 staff.

The Service Director is responsible for organizing the Service department and the work of all the service teams. He is additionally reposible for ensuring that potential business leads discovering by the service staff are conveyed to the sales department.

In Prague alone the company has more than 10.000 installations.

We require the right candidate to have several years of management experience preferably in an international firm and within service and maintenance. He must have experience in leading and motivating a large team of employees, both directly as well as indirectly.

The right candidate will speak fluent Czech or Slovak and will speak very well English.
